Kelly V. Pavlovic
Owner & Head Designer
Kelly brings 15 years of marketing & design expertise to bear on every design project she accepts. She manages strategic planning, conceptual art and production. Kelly is a graduate of Hawken School in Gates Mills (1984) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University (1988).
As the owner and project manager for F&S, she meets with clients to establish a rapport and partnership. Working together with every client, she takes the time to get to know both them and their companies. By paying attention to detail, she is able to get a complete picture of the client’s business and marketshare and how the F&S team can position them for success.
Kelly believes in strong business relationships and devotes time to the development of those as an ongoing part of doing business in Ohio. She is President of her local IRN chapter and involved in several online networking groups.
Alex M. Katrompas

With over 17 years of engineering and management experience in software development, Alex brings a wide array of skills, knowledge and ability to the F&S team through our strategic alliance with his technology company AMK.cc.
Alex has held positions both in Ohio and Texas, where he currently resides, as Director of Technology Development and Vice President of Software Engineering, respectively.
Alex has extensive experience in the international marketplace and a diverse background in business and computer science, holding two degrees from Edinboro University, a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, as well as a Master of Computer Science with a concentration in artificial intelligence and heuristics from Kent State University.
